By accessing or using the myBTL platform at mybtl.tech ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and myBTL.
myBTL provides a cloud-based software platform for planning, executing, and tracking below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns. Features include promoter scheduling, GPS-verified check-ins, photo reporting, QC workflows, and management dashboards. The Platform is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product accessible via mybtl.tech.
You may use myBTL solely for your internal business purposes in connection with managing BTL marketing campaigns. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach at support@mybtl.tech. Accounts may be suspended if we detect unusual activity that suggests a security risk. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
The myBTL Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by myBTL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform during your active subscription period. No rights are transferred to you beyond this licence. The myBTL name, logo, and mybtl.tech domain are proprietary to myBTL.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including campaign reports, photos, and data. By uploading content, you grant myBTL a limited licence to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You warrant that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Access to myBTL's full feature set requires an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are agreed upon at the time of onboarding. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Failure to maintain a valid subscription may result in restricted or suspended access to the Platform. Demo bookings submitted via the website do not constitute a subscription agreement.
We aim to provide a highly available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to mybtl.tech. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime via email or status notification.
myBTL is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate access to the Platform by providing written notice. myBTL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of breach of these terms, non-payment, or activities that pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases and data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our platform or applicable law. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice where practicable. The current version will always be available at mybtl.tech/terms-of-use. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through applicable legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
